Console tables are one of the most elegant expressions of the cabinet maker’s art. Encompassing all the traditional construction methods, from mortice and tenon joints through to solid hardwood dovetail draw boxes, a Norfolk Oak console table is really quite stunning.

The console table, historically known as an occasional table, is really a hybrid sideboard and narrow table. Frequently ending up as a photographic stage and key holding device, it is a perfectly elegant solution for hallway furniture. As with all our furniture, it's the timber and the way we use it that makes it so outstanding.

This is our own design of console table where we have opted for elegant simplicity, letting the beauty of the timber do all the talking, although just like any of our furniture, we can make it any way you please.

Although these drawers are on soft close runners, we also have push-to-open drawers, where there is no need for a handle, or drawers on old-fashioned white wooden runners. Every detail is created by us to your exact tastes and requirements.
